This kit is a highly sensitive two-step immunohistochemical kit, suitable for subsequent colour development of antibodies derived from rabbits. The kit contains HRP - conjugated goat anti-rabbit IgG. This product is suitable for rabbit-derived primary antibodies. In IHC and Western blot experiments, HRP - labelled goat anti-rabbit secondary antibodies and rabbit-derived primary antibodies are used. Antibody (which reacts with antigen first) binds and then reacts with DAB. DAB is the substrate of horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Under the catalysis of HRP, DAB produces a brown precipitate, which realizes signal amplification and colour development.
