Goat Anti - Mouse Secondary Antibody for IHC Western Blot
The goat anti-mouse secondary antibody of this product is a molecule formed by the combination of horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and goat anti-mouse IgG. It is imported aliquot and can be used for IHC, Western blot and other experiments. This product is suitable for mouse-derived primary antibodies. In IHC and Western blot experiments, HRP-labelled goat anti-rabbit secondary antibodies are combined with rabbit-derived (reacted with antigen first), and then reacted with DAB. DAB is a substrate of horseradish peroxidase (HRP). Under the catalysis of HRP, DAB produces brown precipitates to achieve signal amplification and colour development.
