Cy3 (Cyanine 3) is a water-soluble cyanine dye, which is brighter, more stable and weaker than other fluorophores, so it is widely used in biomolecular labelling, fluorescence imaging and other fluorescence biological analysis. Cy3-labeled Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) (Cy3 conjugated Donkey Anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L)) for IF, FC and other experiments. The excitation wavelength was 550 nm and the emission wavelength was 570 nm.
